Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. A 50% advance is required to begin work. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the stage of project completion at the time of the refund request.
Upon full payment, all deliverables become the property of the client. Gen X Technologies retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.
Gen X Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
